2007. The company headquarter office was located in CaoHeJing
High Tech Zone in Shanghai. Manufacture sites were located
in Shanghai SongJiang Industrial zone, Shanghai JinShan
Industrial zone, and JinTang Industrial Zone in ChangZhou
city, JiangSu province.
The company business is focus on semiconductor and
solar industries. Main products and business include:
1. graphite and carbon products used in single crystal
puller, polysilicon casting furnance, and EDM module,
2. Si seed and dopant for semiconductor and solar crystal,
and 3. Sales of semiconductor Si wafer and solar cell
in China and Taiwan.
